-Same Day Shipping cut off time for International orders is noon EST (Mon-Fri, holidays closed).

-DHL Worldwide shipments will be shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays only.

-Bulk orders are welcome. No limits on weight.

-We ask that you report to Customer Service the receipt of a damaged product within 48 hours of delivery and do not discard the damaged item and its packaging. If you fail to report damages in this time frame, we won't be able to file a claim with the carrier which means we can't accept responsibility for the damages.

Return/Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. This also applies to order cancellation requests. Once the order is submitted at SoGoodBB.com, it cannot be cancelled. However, customers can return the order. Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at info@sogoodbb.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. An email will be sent with the return instructions when the return is authorized.
