Please read these terms of service ("Terms", "Terms Of Service") carefully before using the https://SoGoodBB.com Website (The "Service") operated by So Good Shop, Inc. ("Us", "We", Or "Our"). Your access to and use of the service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the service. By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the service.

 

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. You represent and warrant that: (I) You have the legal right to use any credit card(S) Or other payment method(S) In connection with any purchase; And that (Ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. The service may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our privacy policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

 

 


Shipping Policy

-So Good BB shipping hours are Mon-Fri until 2pm EST. We do not ship on the weekends or on national holidays. 

-Weekend deliveries are NOT available. 

-Expedited domestic shipping services such as UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and USPS Priority Mail Express should be placed before 12:00 PM NOON EST (weekdays only) to be delivered on time. 

-Free shipping on orders over $69.99. No weight limit, bulk orders are welcomed. 

-Same-day shipping until 2 pm EST on business days unless the order is on hold (an email will be sent if the order is on hold). 

-Shipping may delay during the holiday season.

-Estimated delivery date on the checkout page and on the tracking information is not a guaranteed delivery date/time. We will not reimburse shipping fees for late standard shipping deliveries. 

-If a customer provides an incomplete or incorrect address at checkout, we won't take responsibility for the reshipping costs. Replacement will be sent after reshipping costs have been paid. 

-Free shipping offer is limited to domestic ground shipping only. Free shipping offer is not valid for International orders, APO/FPO/DPO, PO Box, HI, AK, PR, GU and U.S. VI. Special orders are ineligible for free shipping. 

-We ask that you report to Customer Service the receipt of a damaged product within 48 hours of delivery and do not discard the damaged item and its packaging. If you fail to report damages in this time frame, we won't be able to file a claim with the carrier which means we can't accept responsibility for the damages.

 

- Important Notice: Shipping delay may happen occasionally, especially during holiday shopping season or under unexpecting severe weather condition.

 

Please note:
Shipping Carriers have suspended guaranteed delivery dates. Be prepared for potential shipping delays. We are shipping daily and are doing everything we can to ensure your order arrives as fast as possible. We appreciate your patience.

 

Pickup Orders

-Customers who are near Duluth, GA may choose the "Free pickup" option at the checkout. An email will be sent once the order is ready for pickup. 

-The pick up location and our warehouse addresses are different. We will send an email with the pick up location address once the order is ready for pick up. 

-Pickup order processing hours are Mon-Fri until 4pm EST (weekends, national holidays closed).
-If a customer chooses the "Free pickup" option by mistake, we will send an email shipping fee invoice so the order can be shipped. 
-Pickup orders will be kept at the pickup location for 30 days only. So Good BB is not responsible for the unclaimed orders after the 30 day period. 

International Orders

-International shipping options available including USPS, UPS and DHL Worldwide. 

-Customs fee/VAT is not included in the international shipping fee. Customs fee may be charged. Customers are responsible to pay the fees associated with the international orders upon the delivery. We will not reimburse your order if the package is undelivered due to unpaid customs/duty fees. 

-Shipping cut off time for International orders is noon EST (Mon-Fri, holidays closed). 

-DHL Worldwide shipments will be shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays only. 

 

Return/Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. This also applies to order cancellation requests. Once the order is submitted at SoGoodBB.com, it cannot be cancelled. However, customers can return the order. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

- The Clearance items (Final Sale Items) cannot be refunded. 

- We do not accept any international returns.

 

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Original shipping cost is non-refundable. 

 

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at info@sogoodbb.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and your RMA number printed or written on a piece of paper, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

 

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

-Clearance and final sale items (including items marked as "Unbeatable")

-Worn wigs, wigs that were tampered with (usage of dye, lace being cut off, etc), hair without the original packaging 

-Hair care products, cosmetics

-Original shipping cost

We are constantly updating product and service offerings on the service. We may experience delays in updating information on the service and in our advertising on other web sites. Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, "Promotions") made available through the service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms & Conditions. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of So Good Shop, Inc..

 

Privacy Of Children

Children are not eligible to use our website. We will not knowingly collect any information from any individual below the age of 13. If we find any information submitted by an individual under the age of 13, we will delete the information immediately.
